Coverage plans

Every number you will be held to, before you pay a dollar.

Three plans, one flat $79 service fee, and the same limit schedule your claim will be measured against. Plan version 2026.1 is stamped onto your contract when you bind, so the limits cannot move underneath you.

The immediate-coverage rule

If a manufacturer's warranty on your covered systems and appliances ends on or before the day your Nobeus contract starts, there is no gap — and no waiting period. Your coverage is effective on the contract start date shown on your acceptance record.

Where a gap exists, a 30-day eligibility period applies from the contract start date before a claim can be filed on the affected item. We ask you the gap question in the application, we show you the answer we recorded at checkout, and it is written into your contract.

If you are buying a condo

Your Nobeus contract covers what a unit owner is responsible for: the systems and appliances inside your unit, including your own furnace or air handler, water heater, in-unit plumbing from the shutoff, and your appliances.

It does not cover common elements your association maintains — the roof, exterior walls, shared risers, central boilers, elevators, or shared mechanical rooms. Check your declaration for the exact split; if your association pays for it, your plan does not.

Reaching a limit is not a denial. If a repair costs more than the per-event limit, we apply the full limit amount to the repair and tell you the exact figure applied and what remains on your aggregate. No plan covers everything, and none of ours claims to.
